Attachment is the core of what makes humans, humans. We are designed to live in harmony and community and rely on others. When we experience attachment trauma at a young age, we may find ourselves fearful, anxious, or avoidant in relationships. I’m here to help you rebuild a secure relationship with yourself so that you can more easily connect with others.

About attachment focused therapy

Attachment-focused therapy is deeply relational. We will focus on creating a secure therapeutic connection between us before we navigate deeply held beliefs or past trauma. It is my belief that attachment styles are fluid in nature - meaning that we all have the capacity to shift the way we relate to ourselves and others throughout our lifetime.

Attachment therapy honors that people cannot heal in isolation. I will support you to connect with your community spaces, other healers, and build relationships in ways that are accessible and meaningful for you. I also understand that the world we live in can feel quite isolating and overwhelming. We will hold space to process the difficulties of community building as well.
